At Trinity Church, we love celebrating what God is doing in the lives of our AWANA clubbers! Throughout the 2025–2026 AWANA year, photographs and/or videos may be taken during club nights, special events, service projects, and other church activities.
These images may be used to:
- Share the joy and excitement of AWANA with our congregation and community.
- Promote upcoming events and ministry opportunities.
- Encourage prayer and support for our children’s ministry.
- Display boards in the church building
- Church newsletters or bulletins
- Printed flyers or postcards
- The Trinity Church website
- Trinity Church social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram)
- AWANA promotional materials
Privacy and safety commitment
We will never publish a child’s full name alongside their photo on public platforms such as the website, social media, or press releases.
Images will be used respectfully and in ways that reflect the mission and values of Trinity Church.
This permission covers the 2025–2026 AWANA season only and will need to be renewed each year.
